During a global pandemic, when touching a doorknob felt risky, Dana &amp; Andrés decided a first date was a great idea. And honestly? It worked. Their first rendezvous at Brooklyn Bridge Park went surprisingly well — rare for Tinder, elite for the algorithm. That digital swipe became five years of real-life adventures: getting sick across Southeast Asia (shockingly, not from eating bugs or durian fruit), hunting down the best donuts in any city, museum wanders with no plan, and their own personal Chinatown food tours. Somewhere along the way, Dana accidentally made Andrés a Bravo convert, and now he willingly watches Love Island every summer like a man who can’t be saved. Meanwhile, Andrés has made Dana… a better person — mostly because he’s the only one brave enough to tell her that her British accent is, in fact, delusional (“But I sound British!”), and because he’s taught her that late-night snacks are never optional. They’re not promising a fairytale. They’re promising something better: an event that feels like stumbling into an organized, woods-based cult run by two people who love good food, good jokes, and each other — so, of course, they’re dragging all their favorite people into the Catskills to witness it. Our entire wedding event, from welcome dinner to farewell breakfast, will take place at Full Moon Resort, a remote, simple, clean old farm in New York’s Catskill Mountains. We invite you to stay with us on site at Full Moon Resort. We have designed a wedding guest package which includes accommodations for Friday and Saturday. Lodging at Full Moon Resort is comprised of various houses and cabins. Accommodation styles vary from rooms with shared hall bathrooms, rooms with private bathrooms, shared cottages, &amp; private cabins. Since rooms vary in style, we will assign the guest rooms. It is important to us to match you in the most appropriate accommodation. Below are the pricing options available at Full Moon. Price ranges include meals for two adults and all taxes/fees. Please let us know on your RSVP which tiers you would be comfortable with us placing you in. Family will have first priority for accommodations, and we’ll do our very best to place everyone else within their preferred tier. Full Moon will contact you via email to describe your guest package and finalize booking your accommodation after January 31st. There is no need to contact Full Moon before January 31st to book a room. The bus leaves NYC from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. It’s the Pine Hill Route that goes through Kingston and stops at Big Indian. We advise you to double-check times with Trailways. You can purchase tickets at the bus terminals. There is no bus terminal in Big Indian—the bus drops you off outside of the Big Indian Post Office (8279 State Route 28, Big Indian, NY 12410). Guests will have to make arrangements for someone to pick them up at the bus stop. Dress Code

What should I bring?The wedding location, Full Moon Resort, is nestled in the rustic Catskill Mountains. Full Moon has hiking trails nearby, a 6 hole Frisbee golf course, and three large fields on the grounds. If you’re interested in taking advantage of these options, please feel free to bring your own gear with you. (hiking boots, sneakers, Frisbee, sports gear, bocce ball set, etc.)• Bathrobe/slippers (some guest rooms have shared/hall baths)• Toiletries/medicine; the Front Desk has emergency and basic medical equipment (bandaids, tylenol, etc) - nearest pharmacy is approximately 20 minutes from Full Moon.• Bug spray &amp; Sunscreen• Flashlight or headlamp (It gets dark in the country)• Umbrella or raincoat (just in case)• Bathing suit - there is a heated pool open year-round! Will there be cell phone reception?There is no cell phone reception at Full Moon Resort. You will start to lose cell service 20 minutes from the resort. Complimentary phone service for all calls within the U.S. is available at all times at the Inn. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the facility, no passwords required. Most cell phones have Wi-Fi calling capability. Or there are apps that you can download that use Wi-Fi for calling and messaging. What does Full Moon provide for their guests?Full Moon is a rustic lodging facility, not a hotel, but it's quaint, clean, and provides:• Bath towels• Bed linens• Shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap• Complimentary tea and coffee in the Valley View House (Main Inn) from the time breakfast is served until the last meal of the day is served• Complimentary Wireless Internet• Free long-distance phone service from the Valley View House. Please note: cell phones do not work at Full Moon – there are no cell phone towers in this part of the Forest PreserveHousekeeping services are not provided during your stay. Extra towels may be obtained from the Front Desk as needed. Can I bring a plus one?As much as we wish we could invite everyone, our wedding is RSVP-only, and we’ll be able to host only the guests listed on your invitation. Can I bring my kids?We adore your little ones, but for our wedding, we’re only able to include children from our own families. Thank you so much for understanding! Can I bring my pet?Pets are not allowed at Full Moon. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends. Can I bring my own alcohol?Personal stock of alcoholic beverages is allowed in your private room, but not allowed in public areas due to State Liquor Laws. What food &amp; beverages are available during my stay?There are welcome services available in the café; however, we encourage our guests to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for times when these services are not available. The closest store is about 20 minutes away. Where can I smoke?All buildings are non-smoking. However, feel free to take a nice walk away from the crowd and smoke if you have to. In addition, please do not light candles, incense, or any combustible materials in guest rooms. What happens if I lose something while I'm at Full Moon?Personal belongings must be removed from the facility at check-out. Full Moon cannot accept responsibility for belongings left behind.
